Renewal, cancellation, refunds
Your service renews automatically for the same term at the same price. Cancel any time by emailing info@ustaxx.com at least 14 days before your term ends. Because we submit the State filing within days of payment, a full refund is available only if you cancel before it is submitted; after that, none.

- Every Illinois LLC, corporation and non-profit must name one, with a physical Illinois address available during business hours. If you formed the business yourself, that is probably you, at home — which puts your home address on the public record.
- We file the change of agent (or your formation) within 5 business days, the State processes it in about 10, and we email you the filed confirmation. That is your proof of registered agent.
