Renewal, cancellation, refunds
Your service renews automatically for the same term at the same price. Cancel any time by emailing info@ustaxx.com at least 14 days before your term ends. Because we submit the State filing within days of payment, a full refund is available only if you cancel before it is submitted; after that, none.

Questions
- Every Illinois LLC, corporation and non-profit must name one, with a physical Illinois address available during business hours. If you formed the business yourself, that is probably you, at home — which puts your home address on the public record.
- We file the change of agent (or your formation) within 5 business days, the State processes it in about 10 more, and we email you the filed confirmation — that is your proof of registered agent. If you choose expedited, the fee buys the State’s own expedited service and the whole thing is done in about 2 business days instead of roughly 15.
- No. Appointing us happens at checkout, and we prepare and file the State paperwork from there. Everything — the confirmation, the filed proof, every forwarded notice — arrives by email.
- Yes. Filing the change with the State replaces the previous agent; there is nothing you need to do with them first.
